Founded in 2017 by the artistic partnership of Andrea Bruno (vocals) and Luca Costantini (guitar), Sweet Georgia Brown Jazz Duo presents a refined repertoire that celebrates the great tradition of American jazz, 1930s and 1940s Swing, and the captivating sounds of Brazilian jazz.

The strong musical connection between the two artists translates into an elegant and authentic performance style, creating sophisticated and engaging atmospheres for every occasion. Sweet Georgia Brown Jazz Duo has also worked as a resident band for renowned luxury hotels and resorts, performing both in Italy and abroad, with appearances in Rome, Zanzibar, Dar es Salaam, Arusha, and Havelock Island in the Andaman Islands.

Their repertoire is the result of careful musical research and pays tribute to some of the greatest names in jazz history, including Ella Fitzgerald, Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong, Frank Sinatra, Henry Mancini, and Duke Ellington. Alongside these timeless American standards, the duo explores the elegant and evocative world of Brazilian music, honoring artists such as Tom Jobim, João Gilberto, Elis Regina, and Leny Andrade.

Throughout their artistic journey, they have released an EP of beloved jazz standards — available on all major streaming platforms — and collaborated with several internationally acclaimed Italian musicians.
